HAHA

I crack myself up sometimes.

Okay so I lost my temper a for little bit and said some less than nice things.... I guess

HAHA

But I'm still a bit irritated

Hello April, or almost

Yay!
March is almost finished.
Things to look foward to:

1. Spending time with Julie. I can finally have interaction with my girlfriend face to face. Try to have fun and meet up at least once a week. Find some fun stuff in R-Side to do.

2. Being able to have "Guy Time". I lack communication and socialization with other heterosexual males my own age. That's not normal!

But Before I go:

1. Register for summer classes (PLEASE pray that my readmittance form isn't lost in the mail and that the school will get it on time and accept it! and then I need to get into the classes I need)

2. Find a job! I applied to Nordstrom and am thinking about some other places, but it's hard. Without a job, I can't pay rent or gas or food.

3. Get in shape! One of the first things that I plan on doing when I get back home is hit the Ontario Mills Outlet. There is NO WAY IN HECK that I am going to allow myself to be humiliated at the mall again by finding something I like at a great price but not being able to purchase it because it doesn't fit! I want to be able to wear small Abercrombie and 30X30 jeans again.

4. Research fun things in Riverside. So far, I only came up with hiking to the C or looking at nice houses in rich neighborhoods.

SUMMER RESOLUTION

Okay, so this April, I will be turning 22!

Which means 3 things:

1. I'm getting older!
2. I need to graduate!
3. I need to focus on my body inside and out!

Why #3?
Because after graduation, I need to find a job. Studies show that people who have a decent appearance have better chances of being hired. Also, I come from a family where people have died before the age of 60 and I am incredibly worried about my health. I need to stay fit, or in this case, get fit so I can stay fit.

The solution:
1. Focus on God (for Without God, my life is pointless)

2. Focus on School (this is my last year. It's time to sprint to the finish line in victory)

3. Work out every morning (I realize that throughout the years, my workouts at night have been inconsistant because I'm too tired at the end of the day to work out. The solution is to work out in the morning. This year, I have developed a habit of waking up before 6am every day and I want to keep that good habit. My plan is to start working out around 6-6:30am ish and get done around 8am in time for breakfast, then a quick shower, then the rest of my day.)

4. STUDY STUDY STUDY! so I don't need to end up pulling all-nighters. Be in bed by 10pm EVERY night

5. Spend wisely. Drive only when truly necessary (such as to work, the grocery store, the bank) and rain or shine, walk to school. No more eating out, Starbucks, or Tapioca Express.

By the end of summer, I expect to be at least decently tone for the new school year and be financially and academically ready to face Riverside once again.

Scary Memory

I realize now, with such a bad economy, I need to do my best in school. Maybe it doesn't seem like much but every little bit helps and what's better than being able to put a good GPA on a resume?

I remembered this one time when I almost screwed myself over big time.

I was taking this B.S. Class and we were supposed to read some book and write this 7 pg report about it.

Well, I waited the night before it was due to write it, when I realized that the book that I had been reading for the past month was the wrong book! (I guess this goes without saying, but I never went to lecture or section because it was optional)

I freaked out and drove to Barnes and Noble at 5pm to grab the book I was supposed to read. I ate and talked at SRB (my second year btw) and it was 7pm!

I turned on my computer and started skimming the chapters (I had NO idea what this book was about and I couldn't find much help on the internet) and I kept freaking out.

10pm. I decided to start writing what I could (this paper was due at 10am the next morning) and I decided to take one of my imfamous "5 minute naps" with my alarm on.

I woke up.

8 hours later.

it was 6am! I had finished skimming about three chapters, and I only wrote about half a page!

AHH!!!!!!!!!!

4 hours!

The clock was ticking

8:45 am

I have less than 2 hours left and I'm only on the 3rd page!

9: 45 am!

The paper is miraculously finished. 7 pages to the last line!

I go to print it and my printer is out of ink! I remember that I had INK on my things to get list the very day before but i forgot!

dumb dumb!

ahh!

I wake up a fellow brother ask for help. His printer is out of ink too! I ask the last brother in the house and we manage to print it out!

HORRAY!!!!!!

I print it out and my stapler is out of staples! I'm getting tired of this.

I refill the staples and staple the essay.

I have my car keys in my pocket the entire time and drive to the UV

There is no parking!

I go to the last floor and park and run to the Theatre!

I turn it in!

----------

The next week, I see online that I got 10/10 on the essay.

I'm intrigued.

I go to section and I remember that the professor told us at the beginning of the quarter that we get full points for just doing the term paper.

HAHA I will NEVER do that again!

ALL I WANT NEXT YEAR

All I want next year is a year where I have no drama (not going to happen) and no financial difficulty (this is going to take some work too)

However, I'm glad for one thing.

I still have friends who will be super seniors. I'll still be a senior.

Things to do before returning to Riverside:

1. Find a job. I'm glad that this year, I'll only have to schedule work (after I find a job) around just my school schedule. I'm thinking about going back to my old job at the office (if they take me), but then I want to go somewhere new and fresh where people don't know me.

2. Apply for Classes. I'm glad that this year, I only need to apply for classes around my personal schedule. No restrictions!

3. Find out everything about the new church. Yes, I am moving church again. This time, it is about 5 minutes from my house and my grandparents attend it. Church will be my main focus next year.

4. Make a budget and stick to it. I've always budgeted my money but always ended up going over about $20 or so dollars a month. (THAT's $240 a YEAR THAT I COULD HAVE SAVED). No more unnessesary driving, eating out, or needless trips to Target *sigh*.

CAN I DO IT? YES!
