Okay, so this April, I will be turning 22!
Which means 3 things:
1. I'm getting older!
2. I need to graduate!
3. I need to focus on my body inside and out!
Why #3?
Because after graduation, I need to find a job. Studies show that people who have a decent appearance have better chances of being hired. Also, I come from a family where people have died before the age of 60 and I am incredibly worried about my health. I need to stay fit, or in this case, get fit so I can stay fit.
The solution:
1. Focus on God (for Without God, my life is pointless)
2. Focus on School (this is my last year. It's time to sprint to the finish line in victory)
3. Work out every morning (I realize that throughout the years, my workouts at night have been inconsistant because I'm too tired at the end of the day to work out. The solution is to work out in the morning. This year, I have developed a habit of waking up before 6am every day and I want to keep that good habit. My plan is to start working out around 6-6:30am ish and get done around 8am in time for breakfast, then a quick shower, then the rest of my day.)
4. STUDY STUDY STUDY! so I don't need to end up pulling all-nighters. Be in bed by 10pm EVERY night
5. Spend wisely. Drive only when truly necessary (such as to work, the grocery store, the bank) and rain or shine, walk to school. No more eating out, Starbucks, or Tapioca Express.
By the end of summer, I expect to be at least decently tone for the new school year and be financially and academically ready to face Riverside once again.
